Jeedbaz Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Membership & Platform Use

1 Introduction & Applicability

Jeedbaz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "jeedbaz") is an internationally licensed online gaming and entertainment platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and jeedbaz.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on jeedbaz, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version of these terms shall take legal precedence.

2 Account & Membership

To open an account with jeedbaz, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended immediately and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Jeedbaz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested before a withdrawal is processed:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (Mobile Pay/Nagad number verification)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the KYC process has not been completed. This is part of our compliance with international regulatory requirements.

3 Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on jeedbaz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We are committed to ensuring fast and secure payments.

Deposit Policy

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3.8 minutes, though KYC verification may extend this to up to 24 hours.
• Jeedbaz does not charge any withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Jeedbaz's bonus and promotion offers are an added benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to new members on their first deposit only. This bonus can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 35x. The specific wagering conditions are listed on each bonus page.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.
• Cashback: The weekly Cashback offer has no wagering requirements — funds can be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is suspected, jeedbaz reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.

Jeedbaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via the platform and by email.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on jeedbaz are powered by third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that meets international standards.

• Each game round is independent and random. Previous outcomes have no effect on future results.
• If a game round is interrupted or left incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, the server record shall be considered final.
• In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and jeedbaz's rules, the game provider's rules shall apply.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• Bets placed before a match begins will be refunded if the match is postponed or cancelled.
• Odds offered on live betting are final — no changes will be accepted.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

• In the event of a transaction delay caused by a fault in a third-party payment provider's system.
• Any loss resulting from your own negligence in securing your account.
• In the event of a temporary service outage due to unforeseen technical issues.

Jeedbaz's maximum liability for any direct loss caused by a technical failure on the platform is limited to the value of the affected bet.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with jeedbaz, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1: Reach out directly to our customer support team. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If the matter is not resolved through support, submit a detailed written complaint to complaints@jeedbaz.bet.

11 Changes & Amendments

Jeedbaz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For any significant changes:

• A notice will be posted on the platform.
• You will be notified at your registered email address.
• The effective date of any change will be clearly stated.
